We R Cleaning Service provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:

• Hourly rate cleaning
• Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning services
• House cleaning and deep cleaning
• Office and commercial cleaning
• Move-in/move-out cleaning
• Post-renovation cleaning
• Kindergarten and childcare center cleaning

2. Booking & Scheduling

• Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or email
• A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement
• We will confirm your booking within 24 hours
• Service times are estimates; actual duration may vary based on property condition
• You must provide accurate information about the property and cleaning requirements

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 24+ hours notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling
• Less than 24 hours: A cancellation fee may apply
• No-show: Full service charge may be applied
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept bank transfer, credit card, and e-wallet payments
• Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise
• Additional charges may apply for extra services requested during cleaning
• Invoices will be provided upon request

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
• Secure valuables, cash, and important documents before service
• Inform us of any hazards, pets, or special instructions
• Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available
• Be present or arrange for access at the scheduled time

6. Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Provide trained and professional cleaning staff
• Use quality, eco-friendly cleaning products
• Arrive on time and complete the agreed services
• Treat your property with care and respect
• Maintain confidentiality of your personal information

7. Liability & Insurance

• We exercise reasonable care during cleaning services
• Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear
• Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
• We are not responsible for items left unsecured or damage to fragile items not disclosed

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost.

9. Intellectual Property
